BREAKING NEWS: Appeals court expected to rule Tuesday on Prop. 8

According to The San Francisco Chronicle, a federal appeals court plans to decide Tuesday whether same-sex couples have the right to marry in California.
The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco said today it would issue its ruling at 10 a.m. Tuesday on the constitutionality of Proposition 8, the 2008 initiative that reinstated a ban on gay and lesbian marriages in the state. Click here to read more.
